Holdings
Holdings are typically companies or technologies we acquired or developed independently that will be introduced to the market in one of our holding companies or as a purpose designed company holding.
Currently SyncPac has several holdings in the technology area:
eCommXpress which is an advanced ecommerce engine with inventory management, billing, and collections capabilities.
SyncPac CMS is an inhouse developed "content management system" that allows clients to easily build advanced database enabled applications hosted on the Internet. SyncPac CMS provides a complete web site framework that is managable by company staff which keeps the site fresh and more cost effective.
Medical database and practice management. Through a partnership with a large ASP provider SyncPac has developed interfaces to the Microsoft HealthVault electronic health record (EHR) storage system.
SyncPac has a majority interest (66%) in BizBanc LLC.
BizBanc is a funds management company providing EFT (electronic funds transfer) in a unique method to its clients. Its transfers typically cost the client about a third of the fee cost of a comparable card transaction.
BizBanc clients are religous organizations (churchs), non-profit corporations for charities, civic organizations, schools, and utilitiy companies. Within this group BizBanc focuses on religous organizations and in particular churchs.
These transactions are safe, secure, and cost effective to both the giver and the charity.
